Just make sure that everytime you put the harness on, something very good is going to happen. And always try to end the harness time on a happy note.

we've watched the dvd and this afternoon we tryed lifting her wings which she let us do with out any fuss  .... so well done poppet

I was just interested to know how you eventually got on with the harness. Has Poppet got used to it yet.  I am just about to order one. Any recommendations?

she hasnt used it particuly but she is good at the training thing to push her to side to side and lifting her wings ,... when its warmer i am going to get Mum to help me put it on her properly
