re-homing 12yo congo

This is Murphy. He is 13 years old and still very young. My name is max I am eighteen years old.
I had bought him for my mom as a birthday gift two years ago. He ended up never really getting to attached to my mom as we wanted him to and got very attacked to me and my dad. He loves being around large groups of people ( that's when he gets really talkative ). But can be very very shy when givin attention from two or more people at a time. He picks up names fairly quickly and will catch on to some routine things. Such as
In the morning he will make sniffle noises.
Afternoon he will make can opening noises (from my dad opening beer after work)
And at night time he likes to say "wanna take a shower murph".
He will let just about anyone who gives him attention pet him. But becomes very very very attached to one person (happened to be me rather than my mom)
I am a full time student in high-school, along with having a part time job and kickboxing four times a week. I'm trying to re-home murphy due to the lack of attention we give hime from being so busy. I am looking for somone who has experience with birds, especially one as intelligent as an african grey. Or someone who can give him more than 2-3 hours of attention at the least every day.
